Lead Teacher

To be a lead teacher at Asheville Montessori School, we require the candidate to carry credentials recognized by the American Montessori Society (AMS). Unfortunately, AMS does not recognize online training. Interviewing candidates should be ready to share two of her/his albums with our director.

Assistant Teacher

To be an assistant teacher, we require a candidate to bring a love for children and a willingness to learn the Montessori Method. We do ask for a school year commitment. Previous childcare experience and/or Montessori experience is a plus.
